Nobil Food Services has long been South Jersey’s leader in corporate food service operations.  Whether you’re looking for daily food service or have a ONE-DAY special event for thousands, we have the experience to do what it takes. We can handle all dining options for your company’s meetings, run your cafeteria or take care of any other food service needs your business may have. 

Nobil currently handles food-service operations at the Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center, Atlantic Cape Community College and the Ocean City Yacht Club. Our other clients include the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and the Showboat Hotel. Whatever your food service needs are, Nobil has the “know-how” to take care of them.

William J. Hughes FAA Technical Center – Atlantic City International Airport, NJ.  Complete catering and cafeteria operations for 3,000 employee facility. 2/1999-Present

Cousin’s Restaurant and Catering – Ocean City, NJ.  Casual Seafood and Italian Restaurant with seating of 120.  This is our commissary for our off-premise catering operations. 4/2005 – Present

Ocean City Yacht Club – Ocean City, NJ.  Exclusive caterers for this Bay Front Club which accommodates up to 220 guests.  Nobil caters all member events, offers casual, upscale and fine dining and operates a snack bar.  Additionally, Nobil caters elegant weddings and private parties from this venue. 2/2005-12/2016, 2/2020 – Present   

Cousin’s Grill at Lucy – Margate, NJ.  Manage the concession at Lucy the Elephant.  Seasonal operation.  Also cater private events.  5/2019 - 9/2022

Atlantic Cape Community College – Mays Landing, NJ.  Complete catering and cafeteria operations for students and faculty.  5/2016- Present

Saltwater Café - Cape May, NJ.  Manage this 150-seat marina front restaurant which serves casual breakfast and lunch.  We also cater private events at this location throughout the year. 4/2021- 9/2023                 

Showboat Hotel Atlantic City, NJ.  Manage ACE restaurant as well as 12 Bar and the Surf Bar on the boardwalk.  Handle on premise catering as well as concessions throughout premise.  6/2018 – 10/2020                                     

Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce/ Borgata Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, NJ.  

Nobil Food Services was responsible for catering a barbeque that served more than 2,400 guests for the Atlantic City Air Show’s Flight-Line Club and Borgata’s VIP guests.  8/2016 – Present

AtlantiCare Pomona, NJ.  Cater events, meetings and monthly board dinners. 1/2006-Present

Conectiv and Atlantic Electric - Pleasantville, Mays Landing and Carney’s Point, NJ.  Complete catering and cafeteria operations for this large employee facility. 1/1995-1/2005

City of Brigantine – Cater the Brigantine Triathlon BBQ for 450 athletes and volunteers. 8/2006-Present

Cape May Craft Beer and Crab Festival – Physick Estate – Cape May, NJ.  Prepare various seafood selections for the thousands in attendance.   8/2010 – Present

Capaldi Reynolds and Pelosi / CRA Financial - Caterer for employee parties, VIP events, meetings and fundraisers.  12/1995 - Present

Revel Hotel and Casino – Atlantic City, NJ.  Provided upscale cocktail party prior to Revel’s opening held in the event center for 350 VIP guests. We set up various food stations and bars and prepared and served butlered food and drinks.

The Chelsea Hotel – Atlantic City, NJ.  Catered the Grand Opening street fair for 2,000 guests.  Set up an outdoor kitchen. We passed and served a variety of hors d’oeuvres as well as provided various stations for “carnival type” food items.  8/2008

Caesars Hotel and Casino Provided up to 4,200 sandwiches and 1,800 portion-controlled salads per day to employees during a two-month period during renovations of their employee cafeteria.

Atlantic City Race Course We managed 60 employees at this facility for the last two years of live racing.  Responsible for a 500 seat main dining room, private dining room, 4 concession stands, 4 bars and an outside barbeque and beer garden.  On the final night of live racing, we serviced over 6,000 patrons. 6/1997-8/1998
